Kissing is one of those things that are taken for granted by many due to our busy everyday lives!! In a recent medical show I happened to watch, it was explained how important kissing is and the health benefits it provides such as increasing the "feeling good" hormone, offering stress relief, burning calories but also the close and intimate connection you get to experience with your significant other!!
